IMKE DEKKER
Attorney & Conveyancer
Imke is a practicing attorney and conveyancer, leading the team by example. She has extensive experience of more than 20 years in the administration of deceased estates, drafting of wills and trust administration, as well as more than 11 years of experience in conveyancing and contracts. She is a member of FISA and obtained the accolade of Professional Business Woman of the Year 2016 from the South African Council for Business Woman (SACBW).
ELLA PIETERS
Attorney
Ella is a practicing attorney who holds the right of appearance in the High Court. She dedicates her days to passionately fighting legal battles. She excelled as top of her class during her training as public prosecutor and gained valuable experience at the National Prosecuting Authority before establishing her own firm in 2005. Ella’s expertise extends to her Master’s Degree in Law, specializing in Criminal Law and Forensic Medicine.
Nicky stears
Attorney
Nicky is an ambitious newly admitted attorney. She started her career in the legal industry at the age of 19 transcribing court cases. She joined our team in 2012 and has since obtained her LL.B degree as well as a Certificate in the Administration of Deceased Estates. Nicky is a valuable member of our estates and trusts department and intends to specialise in the fields of deceased estates administration, trusts and contracts.
Karin Stears
Paralegal & Senior Conveyancing Secretary
Karin utilised her National Secretarial Diploma by working as a litigation secretary for a period of 33 years. She has been with the firm since 2011 and during this time obtained qualifications as Paralegal as well as conveyancing typist. Karin has extensive experience in conveyancing, as well as the drafting of wills and contracts.
BIANCA VENTER
Senior Litigation Secretary
Bianca holds years of specialised experience in legal administration and court processes. She plays an integral role in managing litigation workflows, drafting court documents, and ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and efficiency. Bianca is known for her keen attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and commitment to supporting attorneys and clients throughout the litigation process. Her practical understanding of civil procedure and litigation support positions her as a reliable and valued member of our team.
LUANé Bosman
Estate Administrator & Conveyancing Secretary
Luané has been a part of the team since 2021, focusing on estate transfers and estate administration. She holds more than 10 years’ experience as a conveyancing secretary and is currently busy with her LL.B degree.
RONEL THERON
Receptionist and Administrative Clerk
Ronel holds more than 20 years of administrative and management experience. She joined the firm in 2022 and utilises her experience, in conjunction with her drive to pursuing excellence and client satisfaction, as a valuable member of our team.
Suné Wessels
Personal Assistant & Conveyancing Secretary
Suné is a dedicated junior conveyancing secretary. With more than 15 years’ administrative experience she brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to our team.
Krige Zietsman
Consultant
The firm is also assisted by Krige Zietsman, a seasoned retired attorney who obtained his BA.LLB degree and started practicing as an attorney specialising in various fields of litigation in 1974.
